Borås 24h Challenge 2027 – A Test of Man and Machine
16–17 April 2027, Osdals Terrängbana (Bråt), 504 41 Borås, Sweden
TEAMWORK • ENDURANCE • STRATEGY • DRIVING SKILL. Classic 24-hour challenge competition consisting of a loop and special stages; the teams will be challenged in varying terrain. Organiser: Borås Jeepklubb (clerk of the course Richard Löfgren, scrutineering Andreas Jäverfelt).
Programme: Friday 16 April – paddock open 15:00–19:00, registration & scrutineering 16:00–19:45, prologue/precision driving 20:00, drivers’ briefing 20:30, line-up 21:00, RACE START 21:00. Saturday 17 April – RACE FINISH 21:00, prize-giving approx. 22:00.

- Format: 24-hour off-road challenge at Osdals Terrängbana (Bråt), Borås: start Friday 21:00, finish Saturday 21:00, with at least 5 hours of compulsory rest off the track. Lap course plus special tests, SportIdent timing provided by the club. Paddock opens Friday 15:00; registration/scrutineering 16:00–19:45, prologue 20:00, briefing 20:30; prize-giving about 22:00 Saturday.
- Classes / vehicle: Limited and Unlimited. Limited: tyres up to 38.5″, no portals, no 4-wheel steering. A 6-point roll cage is required; foreign crews whose cage deviates from Swedish rules should send photos of the cage to the organiser before entering.
- Crew / licence: Driver and co-driver, both with a valid SMA (Swedish Motorsport Association) licence.
- Entry fee: 1100 SEK until 31 December 2026, 1300 SEK until 28 February, 1500 SEK from 1 March 2027; two T-shirts if entered by 4 April. Entry by e-mail (24h@borasjeepklubb.se) plus payment. The event may be cancelled with refund if fewer than 15 crews are entered by 7 March.
- Food / accommodation: Not included and not described in the invitation — expect camping in the paddock and self-catering; confirm with the organiser (info@borasjeepklubb.se).
